Veterans, Active Duty, First Responders and Public Safety Employees
Ti is a trauma-informed and peer support trained yoga, breathing and mindfulness teacher who is passionate about helping those who serve others, offering mindfulness and stress-resilience to law enforcement and first responders from academy training to retirement. She is currently teaching for the Denver Department of Public Safety in Fire, Dispatch, Sheriff, Headquarters, Police Districts, Headquarters, Special Units and the Denver Police Academy. Ti is also very active in the veteran community and a member of the national non-profit Battlin' Betties, which supports the common mission of raising awareness and reducing stigma in veteran and first responder suicide and PTSD. Ti teaches Tactical Stress Resilience® classes (using sports balls for common areas of pain and tension). A simple, no-nonsense yet powerful way to start understanding pain and stress, the irony and struggle of life and the undeniable connections we all share whether we like it or not. She will also come to your desks, roll calls, conference rooms or apparatus! Suicide awareness and prevention, retirement, addiction, depression, anxiety and complex PTSD.
