Mindfulness & Stress Reduction Practices
Who can't use a little bit more ease and self-acceptance in their lives? Mindfulness is all the rage, but the secret is that you already have the tools and the knowledge to do it! It takes practice and a guide! Ti's classes combine practical anatomy, breathing techniques, humor, self inquiry, compassion and awareness with gentle movement and exploration of the places where we hold tension. These classes run in 4 to 12 week series and focus on a theme, such as "Mindfulness Basics," "Mindful Spines," "Healthy Joints" and "Emotional Fitness." One time interactive workshops also available.
