Welcome to GOBABYFitness.com. It took nearly a decade...but I've finally created a website with a few words on it. Yikes!
Many of you know I am old fashioned. I carry around a big ol' paper calendar that I write on...IN PEN. I prefer paper books and busy signals. And I have been running, kicking and screaming in the other direction from social media long enough. In the coming weeks I will be posting updates, the full interview by the Silver Sneakers team, pics and more.
